This Privacy Policy explains how ReadyVenture Pty Ltd (ReadyVenture, we, us, our) collects, uses, holds, protectsand discloses personal information in connection with the ReadyVenture website, ReadyVenture OS, ReadyScore,ReadyMemo, ReadyRoom, readiness services, events, forms, scheduling, partner pathways and relatedcommunications.
ReadyVenture is the master brand. ReadyVenture OS is the platform and technology layer. This policy is intendedto operate consistently with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply,together with other privacy and data-protection laws that may apply to a particular individual, service or jurisdiction.
2. Scope and who this policy applies to
This policy applies to personal information about website visitors, founders, directors, company representatives,prospective and current clients, members, partners, suppliers, contractors, event participants and other individualswho interact with ReadyVenture.
ReadyVenture primarily provides business-to-business services. Company information may contain personalinformation about founders, directors, employees, shareholders, guarantors, advisers or other individuals. If youprovide personal information about another person, you must be authorised to do so and, where required, ensurethey are informed about the relevant handling.
3. Personal information we may collect
- Identity and contact information, such as name, business email, phone number, role, company, location andprofessional profile details.
- Business and company information, such as sector, stage, ownership, team, capital objectives, funding pathway,traction, customers, contracts, milestones and strategic priorities.
- Financial and commercial information, such as revenue ranges, forecasts, liabilities, funding requirements,cap-table information, use-of-funds information and other evidence relevant to a purchased readiness service.
- Readiness and diligence information, including documents uploaded for ReadyScore, ReadyMemo, ReadyRoom,debt readiness, R&D; and grant readiness, Saudi/MENA readiness, founder-liquidity readiness or partner-handoffpreparation.
- Communications and relationship data, such as enquiry details, discovery notes, meeting records, supportrequests, referral records, consent records and marketing preferences.
- Payment and transaction information. Payment processors may handle full card details; ReadyVenture generallyreceives payment status, payer details and transaction metadata rather than full payment-card credentials.
- Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser or device information, website activity, log data,security events and cookie or analytics information where used.
We aim to collect only information reasonably necessary for the relevant service or relationship. Do not sendgovernment identifiers, identity documents, highly sensitive personal information or confidential files through publicforms unless ReadyVenture specifically requests them through an approved secure channel.
4. How we collect information
We may collect personal information directly from you through website forms, ReadyScore or service intake, email,calls, meetings, file uploads, scheduling tools, events, payments, contracts and ReadyVenture OS. We may alsoreceive information from your company or authorised representatives, referral partners, professional advisers, publicbusiness sources, professional networks and service providers where lawful.
If we receive unsolicited information that we do not need, we may securely delete, de-identify or restrict it whereappropriate.
5. Why we collect, use and disclose information
- Respond to enquiries, schedule meetings, manage leads and provide requested information.
- Deliver ReadyScore diagnostics, readiness reviews, reports, data-room preparation, documentation support,memberships, retainers and related services.
- Assess capital pathway fit, documentation gaps, risk, referral readiness and service requirements without makingregulated investment, credit, legal, tax or securities decisions.
- Operate AI-assisted intake, classification, scoring support, gap analysis, drafting, quality assurance and reportworkflows, subject to ReadyVenture human review.
- Manage secure file access, ReadyRoom permissions, audit trails, user accounts and service entitlements.
- With appropriate consent, prepare and make structured handoffs to approved licensed, authorised, exempt orspecialist partners.
- Process payments, administer contracts, manage accounting and comply with legal, regulatory, tax, security andrecord-keeping obligations.
- Improve our services, quality controls, templates, workflows and platform. We use de-identified or aggregatedinformation for benchmarking only where lawful and reasonably not re-identifiable.
- Send service communications and, where permitted, relevant marketing or event communications.
6. AI-assisted processing and human review
ReadyVenture may use artificial intelligence and automated tools to support intake, summarisation, documentreview, categorisation, readiness scoring support, risk identification, drafting and workflow administration.
ReadyVenture does not intend for AI systems to independently make final investment, lending, credit, legal, tax,grant-eligibility, securities, market-entry or partner-engagement decisions. Client-facing outputs and partner-routingdecisions are subject to ReadyVenture review and approval before release.
We may record the AI provider or model category, source documents, review status, material edits and releaseapproval to support provenance, quality and auditability. We do not disclose hidden prompts, internal scoringweights or confidential workflow rules as part of ordinary client access.
7. Partner handoffs and disclosures
ReadyVenture may operate capital, debt, professional and strategic partner pathways. A partner handoff is notautomatic. Before sharing non-public client information with a partner, ReadyVenture aims to confirm the partnercategory, relevant approval status, jurisdiction and the client's consent to the proposed disclosure.
We seek to share only the minimum approved information reasonably needed for the first review. Partners areindependent organisations and may have their own privacy notices, legal duties, licensing obligations andinformation requirements.
8. Service providers and overseas recipients
ReadyVenture may use third-party service providers for website hosting, cloud storage, CRM, scheduling, forms,payments, email, document generation, analytics, security, AI-assisted processing and professional support.
Because ReadyVenture operates internationally and uses cloud services, personal information may be processed ordisclosed outside Australia. Depending on the provider and the relevant client or partner pathway, locations mayinclude Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, India, Saudi Arabia and otherMENA jurisdictions where an approved partner or service provider is involved.
Where required, ReadyVenture takes reasonable steps to assess cross-border data handling and use contractual,technical, organisational or other safeguards appropriate to the relevant transfer. Overseas recipients may also besubject to local laws that permit government, court or regulatory access to information.
9. Cookies, analytics and digital data
The ReadyVenture website and connected services may use cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics or similartechnologies to operate the site, maintain security, remember preferences, understand usage and improve contentor campaigns.
Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, ReadyVenture will seekthat consent through available website controls. You can also manage many cookies through your browser settings,although disabling some technologies may affect functionality.
10. Direct marketing
ReadyVenture may send relevant business, service, event or educational communications where permitted by lawand consistent with your relationship or consent. Marketing communications will identify the sender and provide anunsubscribe or opt-out method where required.
You may opt out of marketing at any time. Service, security, billing or contractual communications may still be sentwhere necessary to administer an active relationship.
11. Security
ReadyVenture uses reasonable technical and organisational controls intended to protect personal and confidentialinformation from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Controls may includesecure access, role-based permissions, multi-factor authentication, encrypted transmission or storage, access logs,versioning, backups, least-privilege administration and secure offboarding.
No internet, cloud or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a suspected data breach occurs,ReadyVenture will assess, contain and respond to it and make notifications where required by applicable law.
12. Retention, deletion and de-identification
ReadyVenture retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, thepurchased service, contractual obligations, accounting and tax records, dispute management, legal holds, security,auditability and legitimate business needs.
When information is no longer required, we may securely delete or de-identify it, subject to backup cycles, legalrequirements and contractual retention commitments. Specific services or enterprise clients may have additionalretention terms in an MSA, statement of work, data-processing addendum or transfer schedule.
13. Access, correction and other privacy rights
You may contact ReadyVenture to request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you.Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to request deletion, restriction, objection,portability, withdrawal of consent or information about certain processing.
Rights are not absolute and may be limited by law, confidentiality obligations, legal privilege, security, the rights ofothers or record-keeping requirements. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
14. Privacy complaints
If you have a privacy question or complaint, contact ReadyVenture through the Contact page on the ReadyVenturewebsite and clearly mark the request as a privacy matter. We will review the issue and aim to respond within areasonable period.
If you are not satisfied with the response, you may have the right to complain to the Office of the AustralianInformation Commissioner or another privacy regulator with jurisdiction over your information.
15. Children and sensitive information
ReadyVenture services are primarily business-to-business and are not directed to children. We do not knowinglyseek personal information from children through the public website.
ReadyVenture does not seek sensitive personal information through ordinary public lead forms. Where sensitive orhigher-risk information is genuinely required for a service, we will seek to use an appropriate secure collectionmethod and handle it in accordance with applicable law and contract.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, vendors, partner pathways or legal obligationschange. The current version will show its update date. Where a change materially affects how we handle personalinformation, we may provide additional notice where appropriate or required.
